I am involved with a new initiative of providing a peer group and mentoring opportunity to SME owner-managers of companies with under £1m turnover in the Greater Manchester area in UK.
Groups will consist of 8-12 business owners and/or senior managers, from non-competing sectors, meeting alternate months to discuss and address challenges set by the SME-owner participants themselves.
